My recent attempt at what I hoped would be a simple and pleasant shopping experience turned into a terrible ordeal, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale. I visited Shreve & Co hoping for a good experience but was thoroughly disappointed. Brandon seemed disengaged and unhelpful. He wasn't welcoming or friendly, and certainly didn't seem knowledgeable about the Rolex lineup. I tried to put my name on a list for a couple of watches, but he just brushed me off, making me feel like my interest wasn't valued at all. I definitely do not look forward to working with him or his team again. This lack of respect and poor service left me so frustrated that I immediately felt the need to contact customer service and leave this review.
Customer: I am extremely upset about my recent visit to your Palo Alto store. I came in hoping to put my name on a list for a Rolex, but the sales associate, Brandon, was completely dismissive.
